In the first hour of this live two-hour event, Margy and I will discuss our shared fascination with the ancient wisdom and modern metaphorics of the tarot. Whether you’re a mystic or a sceptic, a novice or a cognoscente, you’ll learn how these 78 cards can inspire you to explore your own inner world and write with a deeper sense of pleasure and purpose.

, which we’re launching on January 1 with a free “30 Days of Tarot” challenge. We’re excited to be bringing such a colorful, heart-centered, intuition-affirming resource to the staid and serious world of scholarly writing.In the second hour of our live event, Margy and I will co-facilitate an interactive tarot workshop. We’ll practice creating tarot spreads to inform and enhance your writing process, and you’ll leave with simple techniques that you can use to continue your experiments on your own.
